Frequently asked questions

What is print-in-place?

Print-in-place means the whole animal — body, joints, and hinges — is 3D-printed as one connected piece. The articulation works the moment it comes off the printer: no assembly, no glue, no parts to lose.

Can I choose the color?

Yes! Pick from eleven filament colors on each product page: red, orange, light yellow, light green, dark teal, sky blue, dark blue, purple, black, white, and brown. Custom colors add $1 per squirmie; leave the default selected and there's no extra charge.

How long until my order ships?

Everything is made to order. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2½ business days (we don't ship on weekends). You'll get a shipping confirmation by email.

What are they made of? How do I care for them?

Each squirmie is printed in Sunlu PLA+ 2.0, a sturdy plant-based plastic. PLA softens in heat, so avoid leaving it in hot places — like a car in the sun — for long stretches. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Are they safe for kids?

Squirmies are recommended for ages 5 and up. They have small articulated parts and are a choking hazard for younger children.

How big are they?

About 55 mm — roughly 2 inches — so they fit right in your palm or on your desk.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders can include a discount depending on the size of the order, and quotes are free. Reach out through the contact page and we'll put a quote together.
