Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every flexi is printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for printing and packing before your order ships. Orders currently ship within the United States via USPS with tracking.

Standard shipping is a flat $5 per order. (Placeholder rate — final rates will be confirmed at launch.)

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your flexi arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, give it 48 hours (it happens more than you'd think), then get in touch and we'll sort it out together.
