Shipping

Every squirmie is made to order, so most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2½ business days (no weekend shipping). We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Shipping is a $5 flat rate anywhere in the US, and it's free on orders of $25 or more — including every bundle.

Returns & exchanges

Because each squirmie is made to order in the color you choose, we can't accept returns on custom color orders. But if your squirmie arrives broken or has a printing defect, we'll make it right.

Email us within 7 days of the delivery date with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement — we cover the return shipping.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, give it 48 hours (it happens more than you'd think), then get in touch and we'll sort it out together.
