Terms of service

These terms cover your purchase from Kelly Print Co ("Kelly Print Co", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All squirmies are made to order. Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation; we may cancel and fully refund any order we can't fulfill.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars. U.S. shipping is a $5 flat rate, free on orders of $25 or more. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card details. Any applicable tax is shown before you pay.

Shipping & returns

We ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage, typically within 1–2½ business days. Because items are made to order in your chosen color, custom color orders aren't returnable, but we'll replace anything that arrives broken or defective if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Safety & intended use

Squirmies are recommended for ages 5 and up. They contain small articulated parts and are a choking hazard for young children. They're desk toys, not certified children's toys.

Intellectual property

Product designs, photos, and site content belong to Kelly Print Co or their respective designers and may not be reproduced commercially.
